DOOMDAZE

At DOOMDAZE, we know that these are uncertain times.

In less than a decade, we’ve lived through 9/11 and two subsequent wars. We’ve watched “random acts of terror” at all hours of the day and night on CNN. We’ve let Cable news bring “the crazies of the world” into our living rooms, in full color no less, to terrorize our children.

We watch the news and hear about nuclear weapons in the hands of our enemies and see the destruction wrought by terrorists in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. As I look into the face of my young son, I really wonder what the future holds in store for him. I can only hope and pray that his future is more peaceful than our present.

If you watch the news, the “experts” continue to lobby us for our following, as they try to explain why people would want to kill us and what we must do to stop them, but we are too busy in our day to day lives to become experts in anything but surviving until nightfall. I can’t sit in front of the TV anymore, because it seems like the news media is more interested in spoonfeeding us liberal nonsense, entertaining us, or persuading us to change, so that we can change the world. The idea that the news is supposed to be “informative” seems to have gotten lost!

Once upon a time, I was just like you! I was eager to understand the world and interested in helping to shape it, but… I had no idea how to go about achieving it. I realized quickly that I had a lot to learn, a lot more to do, and not much time to do it in.

DOOMDAZE was created to give Americans like us the tools to become involved citizens and powerful defenders of our homes, our families, and our communities.

We believe in the power of everyday Americans to make this world safer and more secure. We know that knowledge is most powerful when it is shared and so we are dedicated to bringing this knowledge directly to you.

We want to equip Americans, women and men, with the information resources to become discriminating citizens who will demand the very best out of their elected representatives.

And then we want to show you how you can influence national policy and community security directly, without waiting for government action. I’m not talking about committing acts of violence, joining a militia, or building barbed wire fences. I’m talking about “standing up by speaking up” and being heard, while your opinion and beliefs still have value.

We want DOOMDAZE to be a resource for accurate and practical knowledge that will make our families and communities safer, stronger, and more secure.

This problem is too important to wait for someone else to solve it.

We must find the information we need in order to become active participants in America’s struggle for security and peace, before it’s too late!
